Reflection on learning style
The VARK questionnaire identifies my preferred learning style as kinaesthetic and this identification is correct because I favour a practical style for engaging in the learning process. I am a pragmatist and prefer to learn through the process of developing ideas into practice.
The pragmatist style is developed except that according to the Honey and Mumford model I still have to express opinions openly.
The VARK questionnaire also identifies a preference toward an aural learning style . This identification is also correct as I prefer to take information by listening and either recording the key information in a mind map learning style or writing notes at the same time, keeping the written communications concise and to the point.
One surprising point is that I expected to be identified as a visual learner. I prefer to communicate ideas in sketches and drawings.
Focusing on one learning style may in fact restrict learning, so therefore alternative learning styles need to be developed to enable effective learning in different learning situations.

You probably favour several different styles - you do not provide your scores so it is difficult for me to tell - very often learning styles reflect personality types as you have identified with Kinaesthetic/pragmatist. An aural learning style veers toward more introverted personality types, visual - extrovert.
