Reflection on learning line
My career has been involved with electronics communications engineering in an industrial manufacturing setting and education within the design technology field.
When I left school I started a formal apprenticeship in wiring and assembly
and also attended college were I studied electrical and mechanical principles.
The course changed to an electronic bias and in the third year I gained a distinction in introductory electronics and a credit in electronic control.
I also continued my studies with an instrument production engineering course.
The education aspect of my career involved a technician/instructor role with specific responsibility for electronics.

I have also been involved in teaching graphics/resistant materials to yr7/8 and teaching/guiding a yr11 resistant materials group through their GCSE.
I believe that the undergraduate course that I am studying in sustainable design and innovation is the culmination of all this experience and will enable me to gain the necessary qualification to become a teacher of design and technology.
An interesting learning line - you have undertaken a lot of training - a good example of how there is always something new to learn, and how life can change direction!
